Order Policies

Downloads are typically delivered via email within 24 hours of the time of order.  This does not include weekends or holidays.

• There is a 24 hour processing time on all orders that does not include weekends or holidays
• Saas Direct does not ship to Post Office boxes
• FedEx delivery does not include weekends
• Electronic Download products are not always instantaneous
